Pierogi 101 - 07/22/17

Thanks to all those who came out today to help make "homemade" pierogi for our upcoming Slavic+ Food Fest (Sat Oct 7 & Sun Oct 8).  Along with our seasoned veterans (young and old) , we thank our "newbies" who participated in the fine art of pierogi making.  More help will be needed in September when we will be making halushki (buttered noodles with cabbage and onions), nutrolls, halupki (stuffed cabbage), tsebhi derho (Eritrean spicy chicken), and alicha (Eritrean vegetarian dish).

All help is welcomed.  No experience is needed.  On the job training will be provided.
